Self-contained artist’s book, richly illustrated with works by Ernest Edmonds. With an introduction (2 pages) by Jane Prophet, a note by Michael Kidner (1 page, from the catalogue of a 1990 exhibition by Edmonds), the 28-pages main essay by Edmonds, five reproductions of inkjet-prints by Edmonds, each accompanied by a short note (their titles are: Nineteen, Communication Game, Interaction, Video Constructs, and Correspondences). These contributions provide insight into Edmonds’ working methods and style, and they span the years from 1968 to 2000. Patricia Railing contributes an essay under the title “Suprematism as pure creativity” (6 pages). The brochure closes with a list of selected writings by the author.
