Edward Ihnatowicz was a British Cybernetic Sculptor. His ground-breaking pioneering interactive sculptures which were featured in the exhibition ‘Cybernetic Serendipity’1968, and later commisioned by Philips in Eindhoven in 1970 used sound and motion sensors to react to the audience. These constructs were one of the first computer controlled interactive robotic works of art.
