This work includes rhythmic geometric plots including one rectanbular area that has been enhanced with gold leaf. Works from the late 1980’s and early 1990’s included occasional bright colored geometric fields. These forms were plotted with algorithms intended to draw on similarities and contrasts between algorithmic determination of apparent “spontaneity” and “control”. These concerns were present in Verostko’s pre-algorist work.
