The Museum Abteiberg is a municipal museum for contemporary art in the German city Mönchengladbach. The museum became famous for its avant-garde exhibitions curated by director Johannes Cladders and its museum architecture, designed by Austrian architect Hans Hollein, as a highpoint of postmodern design. It includes the Sammlung Etzold which holds a collection of early computer art.
