Michael Spalter is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Rhode Island School of Design and a Visiting Scholar at Brown University where he cofounded the Entrepreneurship Forum. Spalter is also a Trustee of the Boston Cyberarts Festival and is involved with countless other organizations devoted to digital arts. Spalter, with his wife Anne, also gave the first permanent New Media Gallery at the Rhode Island School of Design Art Museum.
